No, but I can tell you how to learn well and fast. Get a good teacher, or buy books and READ them, learn all your scales, and practice 5 hours per day.

the key with any instrument is practice and patience and practice everyday is better than just practicing a great deal one day and not at all the rest of the week … take the piece line by line phrase by phrase …. work on a difficult passage get it set then add the bar in front of it and the bar after it so the transition is smooth then do that till the whole piece is playable for you

practice at least an hour a day with a metronome. if you don’t use a metronome you might as well not practice at all. i’m glad you used leyenda as an example because that’s a piece i know. for the first few sections of the piece practice them very slow with a metronome until you can easily play it at let’s say 60 bmp. just gradually build up the speed. i often work on section of a piece until i get it down before i move on to another section. with longer pieces it can be overwhelming to try and go through everything in the piece at once when you first start learning it. get a good teacher because you won’t get to far trying to teach yourself classical guitar and it really helps to be able to read music.

If you are a beginner and tackle challenging pieces like Asturias and La Catedral you will eventually become frustrated with the guitar and you will not want to practice anymore. Which is the last thing you want!
There are so many pieces that are beautiful but require much less technical ability and by learning those pieces well you will be able to play pieces in their entirety and progress in your playing. Which in the end will be far more rewarding and get you closer to playing Asturias than if you tried to hack through the piece for years without making any headway.
I would suggest studies by Fernando Sor, Mauro Giuliani. If you want guitar favourites try Romanza by Anon or Lagrima by Francisco Tarrega.
