What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel prior to 48 hours by contacting me by email. When you cancel we reschedule your lesson. You can do this once for any given lesson. I.E. You can not cancel and reschedule a lesson more than once. I have many students’ schedules to balance and I will always strive to work with you but constant rescheduling causes havoc.

What if I purchase three lessons but only schedule one?

You’re welcome to do that. But it must be understood that its your responsibility to remember that you have two more and to schedule what you have purchased. Please note the cancellation and reschedule policy above.

What if you need to reschedule?

Its possible that there may be a rare need that I will need to reschedule our lesson time. If so, you are not penalized for the reschedule. Once we have a rescheduled time, then the reschedule policy applies to your rescheduled lesson time.

What if the reception or transmission just doesn’t work for our lessons?

You are urged to log onto your Skype account at least 5 minutes prior to our scheduled time. Within the first 5 minutes we’ll know if this is going to work with your set up. If we can not make it work, the video conference will be terminated and your money refunded via Paypal.

What if we’re in completely different time zones?

The scheduling system is pretty sophisticated. I set up the times in my time zone. When you look at the schedule the system automatically converts to your location time one based on your computer’s location. So we don’t have to go into which time is which, its easy. You just pick the time that works for you.
