Reschedule and Refund Policy
For any one scheduled lesson, you may reschedule that lesson once as long as you contact me with 48 hours of the lesson time. See the Frequently Asked Questions.
There is no credit given for missed lessons. I have very likely turned down teaching other students since you have that time scheduled. When you don’t show up I have an hour I’ve scheduled to be available to you that its too late to give to someone else who desires a lesson.
Refunds either whole or partial are evaluated on a case by case basis.
