Who are some great guitar players to listen to?

I don’t care if it’s metal, thrash, classical, flamenco etc.. just fast, good, no vocals, and fun to listen to. Thanks for your suggestions.

Mark Knopfler? I guess that’s how you spell it, of Dire Straits is a great finger picker….meaning he uses no pick, just his fingers. Check out Steve Vai I listened to his Passion and Warfare album when I was around 17 and it totally blew me away, check out the track “The Audience is Listening” It’s great and also funny.lol. Anything with Randy Rhoads is mind boggling. You can’t leave out Zakk Wylde either. Duane Eddy is a great guitar player, he makes you realize that you don’t have to be shredding the neck every time you play. But if it’s just the Playing and no Vocals you want ten listen to Steve Vai, Joe Satriani and **** Dale, he is a fantastic “surf” guitar player. Try Adrian Legg to while your at it, he plays and manipulates the tuning pegs all at once. pretty astounding. Hope this helps……Oh yea Gary Hoey is another good guitar Player
